Re-ship Policy


It is the responsibility of each wine club member to inform our staff via email, phone, fax or letter at least seven days prior to the shipment if the member will not be available to receive a particular shipment. If your wine shipment is returned to the winery after three delivery attempts have been made, we’ll ask you to be responsible for the re-shipment charge as well.
